Adding A Player To A Team

When you want to add a player AFTER the team's league registration is completed, the Team Rep must email the following complete roster information to Dan Burk (djburk@comcast.net) by the Monday prior to the Wednesday when you want to use the new player. (Please review Guidelines for Team Reps, Adding New Players).

1. Team Name
2. New Player's Name
3. Uniform Shirt Size
4. Male or Female
5. Full Home Mailing Address (including City and Zip Code)
6. Home Phone Number (designate "Cell" if not a home phone #)
7. Email Address
8. Birth Date: Month Day Year
